Mark Boykin has over 30 years of experience in Probate, Wills, Trusts, succession planning and related litigation, including Guardianships and Conservatorships, involving moderate-to high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Boykin maintains an active litigation practice in the areas of Probate, ERISA employee-benefit and retirement/pension-plan litigation and other areas generally affecting the rights of the elderly with proven results.

In 2013, Attorney Boykin successfully argued a case involving trust law in the Supreme Court of California - Donkin v. Donkin. A small percentage of the many attorneys in practice will ever present to the Supreme Court of California, and winning this case is a testament to his skill and dedication in the legal field.
